like some say e plane 4mm ahead of upper lip & 2mm ahead of lower lip

But is it better for males to have an over projected chin?
I think it improves your front a bit by providing that support below lips & enhancing your hollow cheeks

Can this be the next best thing for improving front for a significant portion of population after rhino?

when all the side harmony measurments that include the chin are ideal and not trending feminine it would be ideal chin projection

That makes no sense considering ideal is a range
What would you say if let's say middle third/ maxilla or nose is over projected or brow-ridge is under-projected causing convex profile?
Should one focus on facial convexity angle or E plane for chin?

Also the range for ideal side-profile is pretty broad
especially even more when you take in account Ante-face or some other stuff.

I'm asking about the importance & accuracy of E-Plane here

i see :feelswat:

idk both are also influenced by other stuff.
okay then when all the side measurments are ideal and not trending feminine then it would be ideal chin projection

look how appealing over projected chins look compared to E-Plane chins

what do you mean ideal here
which measurement you consider ideal
lets take the side harmony measurement "Facial convexity angle" ideal range for men is (168-176 degrees)
and if the degree of the Facial convexity angle is in the ideal range which is (168-176 degrees) then it would be ideal
example if the angle is 171° then it would be ideal
no idea what you're trying to say
what do you consider feminine here?
lets take Facial convexity angle again so the ideal range for men is (168-176 degrees)
males have a higher/flatter facial convexity angle cuz they have more projected chin and browridge
so if the degree of the angle is at the lower/rounder end of the range like "168°" it would be feminine and it would decrease from dimorphism

no way ideal is 168-176
165-172 if anything

but even if it were true, 1mm chin projection changes convexity angle by approx 1 degree
so that's 8mm of chin projection difference that can easily change the E-Plane

I thought females had 1 degree flatter profile
so if the degree of the angle is at the lower/rounder end of the range like "168°" it would be feminine and it would decrease from dimorphism

i think ur confusing the "Facail convexity angle" with the "Total facial convexity angle"

This is the "Facial convexity angle":

This is the "Total facial convexity angle"
1000027775

I'm not, I think females have low maxilla depth as-well
not just talking about nasal projection

tho that's besides the topic
the measurement I'm talking about is E-Plane

then whats the facial convexity angle to u then?

okay
This is a side harmony measurement ( E-plane) that fits within the ideal range
Example of an ideal E-plane:
1000027783

Now males have E-plane line that is more far away from the lips cuz they have more projected chins and thinner less protruding lips
Now if we change the E-plane to be more masculine but still ideal
It would be like this:

then whats the facial convexity angle to u then?
168
172+ starts to look bad
Now males have E-plane line that is more far away from the lips cuz they have more projected chins and thinner less protruding lips
Now if we change the E-plane to be more masculine but still ideal
It would be like this:
so if 4 & 2 mm is ideal for female
what do you think is ideal for males?

Okay i don't care about the ideal range here i was trying to explain

Yes :feelsokman:
So to see if the chin projection is ideal
All the side harmony measurements like E-plane, facial convexity angle are ideal
And all of them don't trend towards feminine
