dont listen to @Tristan77trueltn 's bullshit. What @pio said is correct tho, could even argue that fbeod is the top 1 and ul and ant/post is both a little bit below (still very good). Also depends if you want to be more days in the gym or not

im aiming to be in the gym 3-5 days a week cause i have work and school

PPL works fine. IDK what this nigga above is talking about. Don't overthink it just lift and hit your protein for now

i do fbeod 3 days a week, works great if you arent too serious about the gym

FBEOD (fullbody every other day) would be the best, you will be in the gym for 3.5 days/week on avarage, one week 3 days, 2 weeks of the month you will gym 4 days and 2 weeks of the month you will gym 3 days. 3.5x frequency is peak, would recommend not going above 1 set for most exercises, only time i add another set is if i get below 4 reps on an exercise, i try to stay in the 4-7 rep range with 0-1 RIR, even if you're doing low reps, make sure to choose a weight load that you can perform those amounts of reps but with good form

Split doesnt matter if ur training is shit anyways. What matters more is regeneration

so your saying focus on recovery the same that i focus on training

These people all know nothing. "Split" is a useless concept. Literally just make sure you're training every muscle group a minimum of 2x a week. How you structure that is irrelevant. If you want bigger arms, train them 3x a week.
