The ideal physique for looks is not the same as the ideal for functionality, so it depends. I would try to find a middle ground, a flexible, relatively lean, athletic build that’s proportionate and developed through compound exercises and sports like wrestling and swimming, rather than isolation movements. Right now, the best type of training I can recommend for this body is a hybrid of CrossFit and other sports.
