Should I also control my natural sugar intake (fruits, dried fruits), or it's less impactfull?
dont worry about fruit sugar its good for you

I don't even consume processed sugar, maybe in some social situations occasionally, I just snack on dried fruits in large quantities, such as Dates, mango, figs etc.
