What's the latest on fillers causing bone erosion?

I want to get fillers on my jaw, but since it's my only decent feature, I'm fearful of the so-called bone erosion that get thrown around. Anyone notice changes in their bones after long term use of fillers?

Fillers on the jaw aren’t always placed on top of the bone. Ask your injector where will the filler be placed
