well the guy who said triple the dose is incredibly retarded because even at 4 IU's which is the minimum/suboptimal cycle dosage if you tripled it to 12IU's you would also just end up looking like shit or with health complications

18 iu is not that bad of a dose. I know ngas who said they used 90 iu everyday

DONT BUY THESE GAYASS COURSES, there are only 2 options:
one:
just wait till youre 20 (and start saving up on LL NOW, in case you're still a manlet by then).


two:
if you're like 15-16or below, first of all: gtfo this forum forever, then:
read up studies on hgh for height growth, check at the doctor, if your growth plates are still open and blast well-sourced, high-quality hgh, according to a medical protocol. the height gains are gonna be only 3-7cm, likely closer to 3, according to studies on healthy, short people (although there are few of them).

that's, if you do everything correctly and your plates are still open.
