Reta slows digestion speed as well, keeping you fuller for longer. There's plenty of amazing superthreads on here, scroll for a minute here or I bet there's a few in botb. Also, rate of weight lost doesn't matter. Not for health, not for loose skin, not for anything. Your body cannot un-create the skin cells it had to create to store the new fat you made earlier.
If you want to keep gains, just train hella low volume, eat stupid low food (150p/100c/fish oil+multivitamin), just under 1000cals a day. Doing this without usage of pharmacology will result in some muscle loss, so I recommend you still eat a bit of food to keep yourself sane+strong

max is like 1 pound per day with waterfasting 7700 calories is one kg fat

your BMR is like 2250-3000, plus cardio, so you lose alot of muscle aswell in the end

just do it the slow and steady way, 2(/4) kgs a month
