Does varicocele surgery affects testosterone? (I have to do the surgery but Im worried that it might lower my T)

Depends on your case. There's no straight answer. Bimax is a meme in most cases, and i don't believe in the ante face shit. I'd say most peoples would ascend with zygo + gonion implants and a rhino. Some might need some bleph afterwards, but that's pretty much it. If those don't ascend you, nothing will.
