Ive began frauding 2.5 inches with airforce 1’s and 1.5 inch lifts, my feet are almost popping out my shoe but its covered with pants, I’m getting 4inch elevator shoes(3.3 inches really) and stuffing them with 1-1.5 inch insoles, max height increase with them should be 3.8-4.3 inches.
With posturemaxxing I measure at 6’.25 so with that I should get to that golden 6’4 mark

I wear air max shoes and have the lift base with one insert. I’ve taken them off in front of people it’s only obvious when you go from being someone’s height or slightly taller to being visibly shorter but tbh no one’s ever called it out. It only adds like 1.5 inches of real height (because others wear shoes too, plus lift compression)

The irony of lifts is that they’re safer If your height is 5’10-6 foot to begin with.

Going from 5’7” to 5’10” is way more dramatic than 5’10” to 6’1”

I am 5’11” barefoot. The air max and lifts put me at 6’1” so assuming someome else is wearing shoes that makes me a “realistic” 6’0”-6’1”

For day to day probably like 2.5 is the max. For clubs and going out it's probably closer to 4, 1.5 inch increase won't be that noticed by your friends and no one at the club will be looking for it.

Best way is wear lifts with a poor posture then when you remove them posturemaxx asap then it wouldn't create much of difference
