From experience I can't really work out on a keto diet. Maybe low carb if I limit carbs to like 50-200g or somewhere around that daily.

Regular diet with tons of carbs seems subpar unless you are on steroids.

High protein diet with a good amount of carbs. Fulfill macro and micro nutrient profiles.

Raw Organs such as liver, best bioavailability high protein, together with raw milk and pop alot of raw eggs through the day, thats all you need, i dont even workout, like once a month just for fun and build good muscles with it, maybe its just genes tho, and dont forget to eat alot of fruit also for insulin

Because it ideally should be more like 50%+ protein 30+% fat and the rest carbs
muscles are made of mainly water, protein is overrated to build muscle

Why take whey when you already get so much protein?

vitamin k and folate
you get vit k1 which you would have to convert into the human available form k2 which isnt easy for humans to do, not to forget that the fiber is completely indigestible and folate you can get from simply eating liver

The funny thing is the vitamins they think they are getting have like 40 percent bioavailability and artificial fertiliser has reduced nutrients by another 50 percent :lul:,

Have you tried making kefir using aajonus's method? He spits into raw milk for a natural probiotic to kickstart fermentation

doesnt really matter, i supplement kuinone regardless and i eat raw liver once a week, just depends on cravings and intuition, i eat brocolli because i like it and it makes me feel good, all else is irrelevant

yeah man, kinda sad, women dont eat alot of fat nowadays because of the skim milks, greek low fat yoghurts etc. and thats why they are so annyoing, thats not the normal state of human beings

Theres not really optimal diet as a natural, but a full based carnivore diet comprising of eggs, steak (or any red meats), white meats commonly chicken breast, ground beef, and moderate amount of carbohydrates with your choice of serving with vegetables.
