Hardly anyone is a murderer, it probably less than 0.5% of the population that will or have killed someone + even less chance that it being a completely unprovoked killing.

It’s a reflection of the greater picture. I lived in a black neighborhood for a couple years, it was dangerous. Some blacks have a tendency of confronting random people on the street for no reason. Other things like that.
