Nothing really, its just that you need more hair density at the front of your skull near your hairline compared to your back. Also, this hasn't to do with your skull, but it seems your neck is really small. Look into that.
Also, your ethnicness (if that's even a word) can easily be fixed by contact lenses and dyeing your hair to a different color. Your bone structure doesn't look too ethnic to be bad imo.
