Tried to stand straight but on picture my neck looks totally sloped. Is this a posture problem and how could i improve?
Maybe its because i am recessed?

I think the real reason is jaw/chin recession
Here you can see even with a full beard that i have downwards growth and recessed jaw.

You need to train to be posterior chain dominant. There are many reasons, molar height and wrong resting position of mandible and maxilla can fuck your posture as well.

Look into : Starecta, flobility, function patterns, PRI, whole body breathing.

This will restore every postural compensation in your body

is nerd neck associated with APT?

In a sense yes, you generally have more than 1 postural compensation, in my case i have kyphosis, APT, uneven shoulders, minor rib flare etc. I am fixing all of that slowly before u get surgery, it'll give me better results

it is a bit uncomfortable at the beginning as your body isn't used to standing for long periods at time, but you get used to it fairly quickly. also helps with back pain, was a true life changer for me.

the problems I can identify in my case are nerd neck and APT. How do I fix this shit even? Do I need to see a doctor?

If the doctor is specialist in postural therapy then you can try.

Look into : Starecta (it's a device that helps restoring postural balance

@flobility @fucntionalpatterns (these 2 insta accounts)

PRI courses and whole body breathing yt channel

These sources are enough to ascend your postural, you might even gain 1-1.5 inches height with permanent spine decompression and proper body alignment

Sleep on your back without pillow, or pillow from your upper back to your head.
That area needs to be straight.

This is definitely an issue that can be fixed with proper (sleep) posture.

My question is, what happens to your jawline when your neck is pushed backwards? Does your jawline sink back into your neck?

Looks good, males typically have more inclined neck, its dimporphic trait. If your head isnt actually titlted, your neck doesnt show a curve, and the line of your neck is slighly tilted but straight, its not a problem

Of course, now you're probably trying your hardest to have good posture, so you most likely have bad neck posture normally, which comes from downswung face structure which pushes on your airway
