Whats the reason for this midface facial bloat/fat pad

Im having the same fat pad as this guy...
Is he bloated or just bad fat pad genetics?

its hard to distinguish but it can be from having alot of bone in the malar area or having no bone. its stupid. Theres a certain shape to it which makes the difference. you can tell from the 3/4ths on the otherside that his maxilla is amazing but he still has that

I have it too, there's not good maxilla support for the under eye area.
