Lol at all this responses, op i can give you an answer as someone that comes from similar background (balkan white muslim). It's mostly a factor of many things, and one of the most important ones that we muslims have on edge on westerners in aging is that we generally don't drink alcohol or do drugs. People have seriously no idea how much alcohol affects aging, when i saw 40yo american women i was completely shocked, they looked like 55yo women from some muslim country, disgusting. Another aspect is we love white skin and tanning is discouraged, you will be made fun of how you look like a gypsy if you tan. Another thing is we generally are very skinny people, it will be very rare to find some fat guy or girl, i was shocked again how much being fat is common for women in the west here if a girl is fat she will end up a femcel. Low calorie diet slows aging. People here also have a much more relaxed attitude then westerners, they are much more low inhib and generally happier. There are much more things to count

Also it shows again how the west is mostly a plague and people fell for business and marketing so much that it shows on their bodies and minds, the west is cancer and plague.

All I saw in Turkey was healthy people nice looking and very full of energy and joy .
