what are you even asking about mate? like are you asking what steps should you take to enhance your height if HGH no longer works?

in that case I would say the only thing is stretch to reach your maximum height potential (could add 0.25-0.5 inches because of spinal compression throughout the day, its not technically "adding" any inches, its just helping you reach your max height constantly), and then height frauding via shoes + insoles + lifts.

dont overdo it on height frauding though, the backlash will be worse the more you fraud IF people find out
