1-3 cups before 12pm without sugar or extra calorie trash and it can be a looksmax as well boosting metabolism

I put 50g of sugar in each cup

sugar starts making bonds and breaking ur skins collagen fibres
if u want to avoid glycation end products more important is to avoid charred foods and rancid oils such as used in deep friers
