What's the verdict on diet drinks/artificials

since y'all niggers know your chemicals I wanted to know what's your opinion on artificial sweeteners. my biggest vice is diet coke, i drink about a quart of it every day. it's a crutch for me as i've cut most carb from my diet, but if its in the way of looksmaxxing i can part ways with it too.
