What's the verdict on the surgeon Defranq

He seems good tbh but Im going with ramieri just cos he has UK orhtodontist

I spoke to someone else on here before who is also going to his ortho but has decided to change to a different surgeon
I just wanted to discuss with knowledgeable posters about what his surgical methods are. It would seem he is quite traditional and just does things by eye during the surgery without any 3D planning but I could be wrong
I recently read a thread about Alfaro that said Alfaro has poor results on long faced patients because of his refusal to take away bone/shorten the face.
DF on the other hand seems to be an advocate for shaving the mandible to remove the downward grown appearance
I was highly skeptical of this in the beginning but the more I observed, the more I seen that nearly all goodlooking males have relatively short mandibles with good width and angularity, bulky mandibles are a meme and mandibles like Maher's are complete anomalies.
The main thing I'm concerned about is the potential for chimpmax outcome from DF lefort comparing his before/afters to some other surgeons.
Also I feel Italian surgeons would all recommend bimax which makes me think I would get more bang for my buck by getting bimax for same price but BSSO also comes with more potential complications

had consults he seems ethical is a nice dude understands his craft. still picked someone else over him since he doesnt talk my native language

NGL I cant afford Alfaro but his short face results are fucking insane from what ive seen - Im kinda boxed in to pick ramieri cos he has a London orthodontist and also is within my price range.

Ramieri didnt reccomend bimax for me btw - he is known to hate the chimpmax loook but maybe that casues him to be too conservative on upper jaw movements
