Well here are some the absolute worst case scenarios. I don't think all of these are likely and even more of them can be taken care of with proper planning.

1. You won't be able to come off without prplong low testosterone.
2. You get gyno
3. You get severe acne that scars
4. You have some underlying heart condition that is aggravated by the cardiovascular side effects and you die.
