Is it time to ldar, status maxx, work like ant maxx or rope maxx ? Or continue too surgery maxx even tho it wont make much diffrence and i might end up chopping myself even more.

I mean i had more succes before surgery, as of now i still look a bit swollen i guess. But yea my looks will allways hold me back very much. I mean i did bimax for health mostly, if i only were to do something for my looks i should have done fat grafting, rhino, lower eyelid retraction firstly
