I just try not to drink caloric drinks. I just started going to gym so I should cleanup my diet but all I know to do is just eat only egg diet.

Maybe I’ll just focus on doing the gym instead of my diet. I’ll just eat one meal a day maybe. I had McDonald’s last night and eggs the day before that.
