he’s not “swollen” enough for you to see a drastically different result

he got a bimax

which takes 6 weeks for the swelling to pass

it’s been 4 weeks

meaning that the majority of the swelling has gone down

he simply looks like this because he went to a general plastic surgeon for orthognatic surgery

which is a massive mistake & is not allowed in most countries

as well as his implants being too large for his small skull
