can you afford jaw surgery? would you get it?

No, it keeps moving on it's own

The ramus is too high and the maxilla is down at an angle

The palate part is too high up aswell, I don't think it's possible

jaw surgery is possible.

I doubt your upper jaw actually loose, it probably just moves over time because its getting more and more recessed, because of your tongue posture or mouth breathing at night when you sleep. This is happening to me too, feels like my upper lips keep changing position.

It's moving toward the right place

mirin concave philtrum

Mewing is pushing it upwards though which is opposite

My nose tip is down pointing instead of straight aswell

is this real. i dont know whether this is real.

I dont see any problem?

ok

why should I push upward on it? if it's meant to move down
Bro, you're obviously still new to all this🤦🏽‍♂️. Do research on recessed maxilla on this forum. There are plenty of high quality posts where you can learn a lot about your case from including mines

its not recessed

If you have very visible antegonial notch then it's downgrowth.
