Does bonesmashing work if ur natural or is it cope, and am i better of doing it after a workout?

Bonesmashing works

If you hit your shins and calves against other people’s shins and calves and a heavy bag enough times, it’ll be thicker than if you didn’t

Why wouldn’t it apply to your face?

The only issue is the force, time and whether or not your face would actually look better…

I don’t imagine vertical growth would work the same way as normal bones on your body’s surface

But it is a fact that people who bonesmash their shins a lot, have thicker, denser and stronger shins. This cannot be disputed.

Don't believe everything you read online, your bone structure is influenced for 99% of genetics, bonesmashing is not gonna save us. The only thing that work for a complete face change is face surgery

It's not about hope man, it's about what you can change and what not. You can't grow bones the way you can grow muscles. Once you complete puberty the bones will stay basically the same
Yeah but im still in puberty
