Running and MMA.
 
I like going on runs because hard techno boosts my adrenaline, but walking for long periods of time while listening to podcasts or watching movies is actually a lot more efficient and practical.
 
Sprinting is fun and easy and makes you stronger. It doesnt Burn that Many calories though.

Boxing and doing sprints.

Boxing twice a week for 1,5 hours and sprints 2-3 times a week doing 10 seconds 110% then rest. Repeat this in the session for 3 times

No. sprint 100m 4-5 Times. Can later move on to 200m
