Whats your looksmaxx routine?

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

LIFETIME ROUTINE

SKIN
  • sunscreen spf 30, every two hours if I expose to sunlight
  • tretinoin cream for collagen sometimes
  • red light therapy 10 minutes a day
HAIR
  • 1 teaspoon of oral castor oil everyday
  • finasteride every day (low dose to save money, it works anyway)
  • applying coconut oil on hair before I wash them (it prevents hair is broken during showr)
  • drying hair with luxury hair drier
  • having long hair
BODY
  • gym three times a week (my workout plan)
  • doing stretching exercises for scoliosis
  • bone smashing brow (supraorbitals) before I go out
HEALTH
  • diet: wholegrain pasta, legumes, eggs, whole milk etc
  • avoid seed oil and peanuts
  • supplements: prozis multivitamin capsule, 2 teaspoons of liquid cod liver oil everyday
  • magnesium supplement
  • trying to avoid microplastics
OTHER
  • no coffe to keep teeth white
  • mouthwash with fluoride more times a day
  • wearing accessories
  • wearing nike air maxx with small shoe lift to heightmaxx
