With normal running trainers + 1 inch lifts I am 176cm
Barefoot I am 173cm

As long as you don't go overboard, you are going to fine

Have lifts in Chelsea boots then use jeans long enough to cover the top of the Chelsea boots. Easy hide + looks high class with Chelsea boots and slim fit jeans as well and you can fraud some height
