When can I get surgery to get rid of buccal face fat

I have a lean body but chubby cheeks, no matter how much I debloat or reduce sugar and sodium intake I can't get rid of these retarded as cheeks. So Im wondering what age I can request o get surgery for it? (I'm 15 rn)

You are not even fully developed but a child. Wanting to look like during your mid-late 20s at 15 is simply stupid in the long term. You will look relatively older when you actually age further.
Almost nobody has hollow cheeks at your age. At least it was that way when I was your age. Do not know, what these GenZ kids do to their faces nowdays.
