I remember the day it was Like Late 2022 or some and I decided to starve for a hole day did like 2h of cardio(was goon for a run) was chewing gum all day and only drank 5l of Water and ate 3 bananas
I also tried out aqualynx that day
I use aqualynx now once a Week and I always have Hollow Cheeks(also while speakin)
