Active mewing (not just decent tongue posture—I was actively pressing the back of my tongue against the roof of my mouth), tons of skincare (I knew every active ingredient in everything), and micromanaging my diet to avoid bloating. I was also doing chin tucks, but that's not actually cope, as it strengthens the muscles around the hyoid bone, making it sit higher in the neck and thus making the submental fat less visible
