Solution
It does work, in the beginning use it 1 time every day for like a week, for your nose to get used to it. Then just only 1-2 a week for special events.
It raises cortisol too, you can feel it pretty much when you're using it.

yeah but like its not just for nose shrinkage my nose is also super inflamed and red covered in acne, still useless for that? im on tretinoin 0.1% also

yes because neither reliably shrinks sebum glands long term or at all really
