Most UFC fighter’s are at their peak from 20 to 25
In football (soccer), most of the guys who rely on speed peak 20-25 ngl. I think purely athleticism wise 20-25 is peak.

High 20s if they take care of themselves and don't have hair loss. About 20 if they don't take care of themselves.

Athleticism is what i was talking about more than strength. I don't think strength matters since anyone can train to be stronger. It's harder to train to be quicker and to have more stamina.

As people said, you do get stronger but less athletic up to a certain point. Usually strongmen are older (28+) and sprinters are very young (20-22)

Strength is low class I don't care about that.

Tbh strongmen takes more time because you develop a lot of unnatural type of muscle mass and specific training. Sprinting is more raw and you need less steroids, you don't need to pack on as much as muscle. It's like, building strength you really need to build a temple over many years and adjust your training and many techniques and all that type of stuff, sprinting is less technical and again, not as much work in terms of building your body. Both are hard tho.

I really don't know if naturally a guy who's 22 years old and lift for 5 years will be weaker than if he started at 28 and trained for 5 years. Very much doubt that. It's just that you need more time from the start and definitely starting from 16 to 21 wouldn't get you the same results as later on. By definition you will get the best results at 28+ because of it

indeed, I don't have collagen like this lad with teen like hight collagen levels at 28.
Probably his peak shines sometime between 35-45.

Tell me the recipe? dark curtains on every crack in the basement to keep the sun out?
