Most UFC fighter’s are at their peak from 20 to 2520-23ish
who mogs? a 50th percentile 20 year old or 90th percentile 30 year old20 or so if they start looksmaxing early.
In football (soccer), most of the guys who rely on speed peak 20-25 ngl. I think purely athleticism wise 20-25 is peak. Most UFC fighter’s are at their peak from 20 to 25
Reminder that you cry for prime while you have 0 collagen at 26 crying everyday for me amnesia streege etc unironically follow your own advice and fuck off if you think those Years are everything, you shouldn't waste not even a second herereminder ops opinion on prime changes every year the older he is

I'm like cats i just got some scratchesDamn came back from the dead?
perfect combo of performance and skill maybe not purely performance tho28-30 Is peak Athletic performance
Athleticism is what i was talking about more than strength. I don't think strength matters since anyone can train to be stronger. It's harder to train to be quicker and to have more stamina.23.5 is the average age of peak for sprinters, for strength its 30
Performance decreases but strength increasesperfect combo of performance and skill maybe not purely performance tho
Strength is low class I don't care about that.As people said, you do get stronger but less athletic up to a certain point. Usually strongmen are older (28+) and sprinters are very young (20-22)
Tbh strongmen takes more time because you develop a lot of unnatural type of muscle mass and specific training. Sprinting is more raw and you need less steroids, you don't need to pack on as much as muscle. It's like, building strength you really need to build a temple over many years and adjust your training and many techniques and all that type of stuff, sprinting is less technical and again, not as much work in terms of building your body. Both are hard tho.Strength is low class I don't care about that.
55yo boomers with Popeye forearms with zero training are peak human strengthTbh strongmen takes more time because you develop a lot of unnatural type of muscle mass and specific training. I really don't know if naturally a guy who's 22 years old and lift for 5 years will be weaker than if he started at 28 and trained for 5 years. Very much doubt that. It's just that you need more time from the start and definitely starting from 16 to 21 wouldn't get you the same results as later on. By definition you will get the best results at 28+ because of it
prime robben disagreesHigh 20s if they take care of themselves and don't have hair loss. About 20 if they don't take care of themselves.
