it depends on whether your high gonial angle is more due to recessed jaw or longface. they often go hand in hand but not always. with the latter jaw implant is better. consult with alfaro.

I like how I look from the front but my side profile Is subhuman cause also my chin Is recessed, my midface Is good (1.06)but my upper jaw Is downgrown I think and I have an around 125-128° gonial angle
