When does the junk stop growing

So you're in puberty. The ideal time for growth. And you haven't considered that now might be the best time to be doing PE for optimal growth?

Nigga I asked when does it stop growing not what women value ik u have to be Chad and 6'6 too

I've heard it is done growing by 20 in most cases
