Hi guys I wanted to share my 3 month ascension and when I realized it was time to lock in again. I was at a cafe with a girl and I was taking a picture in the mirror. And I realized I looked like a literal moid. I started to take Reta and I have shredded hella face fat. Tho I will say I did have a good face bc i knew how I looked at a low bf% bc I was once skinny asf. The first pic is the 1000 yard start before I realized it was over, the second pic was when I was at an extremely low bf% in like 2022.
