When I’m half asleep I make up sounds of people talking in my head and I can’t separate them from reality sometimes because they sound so real

Like imagining my friends talking I rlly think they are there but then I’m like wtf am I saying I’m legit half asleep in my room right now why would they be having a full conversation this is also usually after I just talked with them
Or something I’m like still thinking of them or others talking
