I try to add pounds to my lifts weekly/monthly and also i try to gain weight on the scale.
My back improved, but that is bcs i got a new weighted pull up PR.
My triceps are also bigger but because i am adding more weight to the weighted dips.

So i dont understand the question i just go heavy af and lift as much kgs as i can with good form and in a 3-12 rep range
