When people say they drink raw eggs do they mean raw pasturized eggs?

Insect fed, free range eggs from the farmer is ideal, but is not available to everyone. Grocery store eggs are okay, but I would advise caution against some

Btw only drink the yolk

DON’T DRINK THE WHITES RAW

Salmonella is quite rare in most developed countries, as long as you get them from reputable and good quality sources you should be fine

Also depends on your countries regulations. Japan for example has very strict rules on egg safety, this is why the Japanese eat raw egg yolks on rice and don’t get sick, but if you live in somewhere like India or China, I’d be wary

In most developed countries there's no real risk + salmonella isn't dangerous
