Salmonella is quite rare in most developed countries, as long as you get them from reputable and good quality sources you should be fine

Also depends on your countries regulations. Japan for example has very strict rules on egg safety, this is why the Japanese eat raw egg yolks on rice and don’t get sick, but if you live in somewhere like India or China, I’d be wary

Raw egg whites contain avidin which block the absorption of B vitamins. Cooking will destroy avidin
