When thumb pulling, is it best to pull at the front part of your palate if you want more foward growth?

I have foward grown back maxilla but my front maxilla(anteroli or whatever it’s called where the front teeth is) could be more foward

should I be pulling on the front teeth if I want the front to be more foward
