When to bonesmash, where to bonesmash and how much bonesmashing

I'm trying to improve my mid recessed mandible by bonesmashing just the part below my lips to fraud forward growth, but I have to do it like every 2 days cuz I've got a fuck ton of bruises and my bones are sore as shit, I do like 200 punches at medium strength every 2 or 3 days for the tissue to heal. Give me a routine I should do to improve

Btw it's called the chin and your routine seems okay

Just instead of counting the punches, incorporate a timer like 2:30 min for every part

Ik but some people think that when I say chin, I mean like the whole mandible, so I just say under the lips to be more clear

Bro ur the biggest fucking idiot I've ever seen on this website... When u bonesmash and get swelling and a red chin, results don't come instantly, your chin needs time to resolve the broken bone which takes about a day or two, giving you an ever so slightly increase in bonemass around your chin, and pair bonesmashing up with doing it every day or 2 and all the gains from bonesmashing will soon add up to your bones being bigger of where you bonesmashed

i think theyre referring to a buildup of scar tissue that builds up over a longtime of bonesmashing

but even that isnt scientifically certain in the same way applying wolffs law to bonesmashing isnt

Yeah u are right I'm referring to the tissue that builds up, but wolfs law does also apply to bonesmashing, the muscles and thick tissue covering your chin DOES block your bone from being hit, but if you hit hard enough your fist will most likely barely hit your chin, but it will hit it hard enough to cause trauma to the bone which overtime adds up

It does work but it doesnt grow bones, just creates a thin layer on where you hit. over time

Just lube up the end of the hammer we’ll and shove it 12 inches deep into your rectum

Ur like 70 percent right, bonesmashing does grow bones, but only minimal, but the minimal results that you get every day soon adds up to in general bones becoming stronger, and also the tissue that you're hitting swells up and overtime that tissue does add up to just looking like you have a big bone
