When to stop with surgeries?

Already had a few surgeries and improved significantly in looks

Quality of life improved in every way, can slay hotter girls and am happy with how I look

Before Taban I planned on doing double jaw afterwards to complete my surgeries but I am slaying enough after Taban that I’m wondering if it’s worth the risk

Double jaw would make a huge difference but if it fails and I give up what I have right now that would be brutal to cope with

If you're happy with how you look and the way your looks get you treated then I see no need for more surgery.
But on the other hand, there's always up and it sounds like money isn't an issue.
Stick with what you have atm for now atleast imo
