or maybe early childhood in elementary school years where i would wake up, eat, go to my neighbors house to play fortnite, eat lunch there, and then invite him over for dinner or eat dinner at his house

When I was 9 years old - had a good tight knit friend group and we had a Youtube channel together where we'd making gaming tutorials

Lost that friend group soon after that cuz we parted ways. I watched a lot of anime to cope and was certain one day I would get what I saw in anime - a friend group, wholesome relationship with a girl, just a generally wholesome social life. Nothing crazy. No aspirations to "slay" or take advantage of people. I thought it was a reasonable aspiration and a life practically all teenagers and young adults apart from the absolute freaks could lead.
