I can't only take guesses. I think it has something to do with where the eyelids naturally sit. For example, if you make a bored expression, your lids droop lower. Something similar is happening with bedroom eyes. It's also related to the general length of the eye. I think there's an extreme almond shape going on where the eyes are longer than usual which contributes to the expression. There's probably something going on with the muscles and soft tissue on either side, as well.

And, no, it doesn't make women attracted. I don't think this fat piece of shit is attractive:

But there's more to how people treat you than your attractiveness. It's why actors get typecast.
