i started 6iu mid july, definitely saw some growth and some facial changes(6iu is amazing), 8 iu really is when the changes start to show. I saw extreme facial changes and today I measured 5'11.8-5'11.9(im 6 foot on a good day when i get 9 hours of sleep lmfao) however a day ago i dropped my dosage to 4iu since i started to get shortness of breath and tightness in my chest because i was a retard not getting good enough sleep and not eating that well, while also being on 300mg of test, the symptoms have basically gone away already(90 percent less already when i went to 4iu, will probably be completely gone after a week or so).the test contributes majorly to that shit lol. the sweet spot for me is 6 iu, but 8iu is by far the most effective the jump between 6iu and 8iu is a lot. But still 6iu is good for my dosage im going to go back to 6 in a couple days when i have no heart symptoms at all. Now if youre not running anything like test or other shit, cruise 8ius for awhile its completely safe if your not doing anything else. if you start getting shitty symptoms drop it to 6iu
