Brazil. 20k USD are over than 100k BRL, the most expensive surgeons here will charge 50k BRL at max. It's absolutely worth it if you're able to do the pre-OP in your own country.

Brazil for sure, or even Venezuela and Colombia have some really good surgeons for even cheaper but I forget their names.

Btw bimax includes BSSO. Bimaxillary meaning both jaws. A bimax is just a Lefort + BSSO and usually involves counter clockwise rotation.

I mean if you can tell me the surgeons names and ect, I would go out there and get surgery but they have to be good, I don’t want to get botched

Personally I think it’s easier to go to an English speaking Italian surgeon who does it for 15k euro (16k USD). PM me for the one who I think is best.
