Right, my bad, I should probably take a picture of the roof of the mouth. Why are my teeth so close together though? I struggle to brush my teeth because they feel too crowded, as you can see in the picture.

You have a big tongue for your oral cavity. To me that in an indication for expansion. And MSE is the best way.

Not to derail my friend @thehealingfields thread, but do you supply MSE treatment and if so what’s your typical rate? You are in Spain if I’m not mistaken?

Where are you at? I’m in the UK and there seems to be one or two but they don’t look particularly trust worthy lol, plus if it’s cheaper to just travel to Spain then why not

yeah same deal. i dont trust the doctors here, i think a surgeon like Sergio kinda knows best bc he's on these forums and knows his stuff to maximize functionality and aesthetics tbhngl

Yeah literally my thoughts exactly, don’t want to shill out a chunk of money for some minor adjustment. Also I got some upper airway issues and I think this would aesthetically benefit my under eye bags too, all seems to be linked

Just look at my pictures up there jfl, I legit puke everytime I brush my teeth thats how badly narrow my mouth is. The added aesthetics are just the cake on top.
