Well it depends on your age and how tall you are rn, but generally if you get good sleep, get vit d, zinc(all the shit that niggas usually have deficiencies in), and do some kind of high intensity cardio like sprinting or football, you should max out your natural height

Then you should be good, just get 8+ hours of sleep everynight(no all nighters) and you should be fine, as long as you're 5'10 plus height isn't really much of a failo anymore, if at all.
