My uncle did 2 cycle with 500mg test, dbol and 400mg deca.

first cycle went well and all but when he did the 2nd he had insane hair growth across his entire body and it still persist to this day and hes really annoyed by it.

Thats one of the reasons hes telling me not to hop on aswell but how does that even happen?

His girlfriend actually needs to shave his back every week or so because its so bad

yeah bro that’s actually super common. testosterone increases dht, which is the main androgen responsible for body and facial hair growth. when you blast test or stack it with something like dbol or deca, your androgen levels spike, and those receptors in your hair follicles especially on your chest, back, arms, etc. get overstimulated. some guys are just more genetically sensitive to dht same reason some go bald faster while others just get more body hair. it’s basically androgenic activity doing its job. if your uncle’s still dealing with it long after cycling, it’s probably because some of that follicle activation became semi-permanent. once those hairs transition to terminal thick hairs, they don’t really go back to being vellus. if...
Probably is androgen signaling in hair follicles (mediated by DHT). In some tissues, 5AR converts testosterone into DHT, which is 3-10x more potent at activating the androgen receptor. When DHT binds to ARs in androgen sensitive hair follicles, it triggers gene transcription that alters the follicle’s size and growth (also another thing i forgot lol).
Facial, chest, back, arm, and leg hair are stimulated by androgens so you'd see more growth there (as compared to thinning on scalp)

During supraphysiologic AAS use, serum androgen levels increase a fuck ton. Follicles that were previously "vellus" (fine, light hairs) become terminal hair.

2nd cycle might've caused that change because of cumulative sensitization or enzyme upregulation (upregulated 5AR activity) maybe?

And after the hair follicles become terminal I don't think it's reversible because the hair matrix stem cells and dermal papilla have undergone androgen driven differentiation and even after AAS withdrawal his baseline testosterone is enough to maintain those terminal hairs.

I never did roids cycle but from my experience when I cut out all seed oils vegetables started eating primal my facial hair started to grow fand everywhere my hair started to grow faster armpits everywhere. It's common when you increase your test i think.
